The Jacob’s Ladder Spring Retreat was an amazing time of reconnecting with fellow Climbers at Camp Piankatank. Events included writing letters to new Climbers, brainstorming our camp theme, an egg hunt, games, a bonfire complete with s’mores and devos, and more!
A special lunch provided an opportunity for JL Board members and Climbers to get to know each other and learn some fun facts. Of course, good food was on the menu and Ms. Ruffa’s culinary expertise was appreciated by all.
Pastor Bruce brought us a powerful Sunday message about the importance of making a difference, and on being accepting of others. Thanks to all of our leadership staff for planning such a great weekend, and thanks to the RAs & Alumni Climbers for giving their time to make our retreat possible.
So many special memories and shared words of wisdom and support offered to and by each other … keep Climbing until we see each other again for our summer Jacob’s Ladder Enrichment Camp!!
