Jacob’s Ladder relies on teachers, guidance counselors, coordinators of gifted and talented education programs and other community leaders to recruit program candidates – children in grades four and five who have been identified as intellectually gifted. But we rely on you, our donors, to help us make the program happen.
Your gift to Jacob’s Ladder supports:
- The Summer Enrichment Program
- Year-round advocacy program provided by Jacob’s Ladder staff members, who monitor the children’s academic program
- Out-of-school opportunities – concerts, museums, sporting events, retreats
- At the end of the Climber experience, a high-school advocacy program that provides assistance in exploring educational options
Jacob’s Ladder, Inc® is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and is a gold-level GuideStar participant, demonstrating our commitment to transparency. Form 990s and other information is available from the Guidestar website.

During the Summer Enrichment Program, we always have the need for pencils, pens, notebooks, and paper. In short, all the items students need for school and activities, we will also need. The Wish List for 2024 will be available soon. Come back to see how you can help.
